Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT)
Looking for Foundation programs or undergraduate university studies? Look no further, whether you're based in Australia or internationally, we've got you covered.
SIBT is a tertiary college providing a direct pathway to a university degree, offering flexible entry criteria for students to complete a SIBT diploma and progress directly into the second-year studies of a university bachelor degree. SIBT has been operating since 1997, is part of the Navitas Group, and collaborates with other partner universities to ease the transition from high school to university level studies.
What sets SIBT apart is their personalised academic environment and range of support services to help students prepare for success. With over 90% of SIBT graduates progressing to university and 3 semester intakes a year, students can fast-track their studies within 8 months instead of 12. Superior student support includes customised learning, extra tuition classes, a dedicated mentor, direct lecturer access, and integrated English language support.
Located in the centre of Sydney, SIBT is FEE-HELP approved for Australian students and offers foundation and diploma programs accredited by TEQSA. With a diverse student population of approximately 375, students at SIBT study on the same campus as Western Sydney University students and can choose to start in March, July, or October.
If you're interested in attending university but lack the necessary qualifications, SIBT's diplomas can help you out. Successfully completing an SIBT diploma in 8 or 12 months will enable you to progress directly to your second-year studies at Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus. Not only can our diplomas help you achieve your academic goals, but they can also be used to upskill or launch a new career, allowing you to pursue your dream career path.
