Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of the builders, managers or supervisors of small and medium-sized building businesses depending on the State or Territory of their operation.

• 18 years or older at commencement of course.
• IELTS band score of overall 5.5 (Academic or General) or equivalent
• Completion of senior high school to the Australian Year 11 or equivalent

This qualification has employability skills. Participants may find employment in construction roles in businesses and other industries requiring building and construction qualification.
