- Volume of Learning: 1205 hours (805 structured hours and 400 unstructured).
- Training & Assessment: Engage in theory classrooms, studios, role-plays, yoga class creation, and more.
- Assessment Methods: Written knowledge assessments, case studies, presentations, role plays, projects, practical demonstrations.
- Practical Classes: Over half of the study program is in a studio, with practical tasks and a practical exam.
- Training Locations: On-campus and within a gym or appropriate setting.
Entry Requirements
- IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent), with no individual band under 5.0;
- No prior skills in yoga teaching are required, but experience in the yoga industry is preferred.
- International students must be 18+, have completed Year 10 or equivalent, pass the LLN online test, and meet ALG’s English proficiency requirements.
