Diploma of Nursing
ALACC Health College is approved to deliver the Accredited course in Diploma of Nursing qualification. It reflects the role of an enrolled nurse working under the supervision of a registered nurse. This qualification covers the application of skills and knowledge required to provide nursing care for people across the health sector.
This qualification is open to both, participant seeking entry into healthcare sector and existing healthcare workers looking to advance or change their career.
The length of the course is 18 months (6 Terms) full time study and includes 450 hours of Professional Practice Experience. Course delivered comprises of classroom sessions, self-directed learning, practical skills observation and assessment, practical placement, and assessment assistance.
Entry Requirements
- Be at least 18 years or over
- Minimum IELTS score is 7.0
- Have completed the equivalent of Year 11 or equivalent
