Early Childhood Education And Care

This qualification will provide you with the basic skills needed to assist in caring for the social, emotional, physical and educational needs of infants and young children in various care settings. 

You will learn how to interact and foster the development of the children while working within legal requirements and ensuring the children's health and safety are not at risk. As part of this qualification, you will undertake a supervised work placement (minimum of 120 hours) where you will be able to apply the skills and knowledge you have learned.

Our Trainers with their specialized expertise will prepare you for the work placement in the child care industry for the practical experience.

• Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
• Minimum overall band of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

• Family day care worker
• Childhood Educator Assistant
• Long day care/Occasional care
