Certificate III in Financial Services at Australian College of Trade is designed to reflect the job role of entry level employees working across the entire financial services industry who perform duties relating to administrative, clerical and customer service roles in banking, credit management, insurance and financial services. Individuals at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy and judgment and to take limited responsibility in known situations under general supervision.

• Completion of year 11 or equivalent (subject to the assessment and approval of Australian College of Trade Admission team)
• English requirements IELTS 5.5 or equivalent or TOEFL PB 506, IBT 62, PTE Academic 46, CAE & CPE (from 2015) 152
• Applicants must be 18 years of age and above
